Auto da New York

Su ebay ho letto che le auto in vendita da New York pre 1970 sono prive di Title perche' non richiesto dallo stato...

con la germania un po piu di problemi ma si fa lo stesso

Vi risulta?[/quote]? cos?, le auto/moto/barche/etc. ante 1973 non hanno title, io riuscii ad immatricolare l'impala 68 di un mio amico grazie ad una pagina web della motorizzazione di NY, ove era sottolineato questo, ovviamente con relativa traduzione asseverata in tribunale,si poteva anche ricorrere ad una semplice denuncia di smarrimento title ma sarebbe stato comunque falso, se hai problemi perch? in motorizzazione non ti accettano materiale prelevato dal web, o lo autocertifichi oppure scrivi all'apposito ufficio e ti fai fare una dichiarazione simile a questa allegata in foto:



se riesco a trovare il link che ho adoperato io te lo posto, se invece ti serve un documento come questo in foto devi inviare l'originale della registration card.

A disposizione Bandido ed ultracongratulationi per le foto che hai scattato in usa, veramente notevoli, cercher? di fare lo stesso anche io .

Scusate, ma il problema non ? come immatricolata una volta sdoganata, ma come farla partire dall'america senza title e ancora come sdoganarla poi in Italia........

Non ditemi che la finanza sa che per le vetture americane provenienti da New York pre 1973 la registration funge da Title......e non ditemi nemmeno che basta dirglielo.......

Esiste un riferimento normativo?? Perch? solo questo sarebbe d'aiuto....

non ci sono problemi , si importa solo con la registartion perch? non ? previsto per legge che le macchine pre '73 abbiano il title.



cosi abbiamo sempre fatto sia per importare che immatricolare.



l'unico problema che se si decidesse d'immatricolare attraverso la germania senza title, si deve impostare diversamente e necessita piu tempo .ma si fa comunque

la normativa ? quella dove nello stato di newyork le auto antecedenti una certa data non hanno il title e loro non emetttono copie ovviamente, e visto che la dogana americana sarebbe quella in new york o in newjersey al massimo , non vedo dove possa essere il problema.

lo sanno gia non hanno problemi lo abbiamo fatto tante volte senza problemi , l'importante ? il bill of sale in italia per le tasse .

io penso sia meglio abbinare una lettera come quella che ho allegato, perch? si pu? sempre trovare qualcuno che ti crea problemi, sulla lettera poi ci sono anche recapiti telefonici (intestati ad uffici pubblici) dove qualunque persona pu? chiamare ed avere conferma.

Attenzione la Registration card in questione deve avere la dicitura "Transferable" e deve essere firmata dal precedente proprietario nello spazio apposito. In poch? parole ? un registration card con un pezzo dedicato al possesso della stessa. Questo dal sito DMV stato di NY:

The acceptable proof of ownership is a NYS transferable registration or the acceptable proof of ownership for that vehicle issued by another state.

The owner can use the transferable registration to transfer ownership to another person. Infatti su una chevy acquistata da me e Ndiego75 per un nostro amico aveva la registration card con la scritta Transferable...e tutto e' andato per il verso giusto.
